To become a vendor at an Equiventures event, you must apply using the form below. All fields are required.

The cost to be a vendor is $50/day payable to the Florida Horse Park

You must email or mail a certificate of insurance Listing the Florida Agricultural Center and the Horse Park Authority as additional insured.
